This was one of the best leadership classes I have ever been a part of. Jimm does a great job of presenting some valuable insights on leadership while being very entertaining. I would reccomend it for any level leader in the fire service(or any profession), regardless of what seat you ride in. If you are looking for a leadership class for your department, this is the one.
